These products are fully custom systems designed to be easy to install and flexible to anysituation. Because of their custom nature additional information is required at the time ofpurchase in order to ensure a smooth ordering process. If this information is not provided it candelay the ordering process, as we will have to contact you for this information to complete yourpurchase.

Part numbers that are fully custom:

Each of the above listed products are priced per TV in the system (with the exception of CMKIT’s), and must be ordered in quantities of 2 or more. You cannot order any of these systems in a single quantity. For example, if you are mounting 3 55” TVs in a landscape menu board you purchase (3) WML55’s. If a PO is sent for quantity 1 of these products we will not be able to process your order. The exception being the CMKIT’s, which can be purchased in a single quantity, however we do still need additional information (below) to process your order for these items.

For each of these products we need the following information at the time of purchase:

1) Exact TV make and model

2) Configuration of the TV’s

3) Orientation of the TV’s

For the VW items on this list we also need the following information, based on which model you choose:

1) Distance from the ceiling to the top of the TV’s

2) Distance from the floor to the bottom of the TV’s

3) Distance from the wall to the back of the TV’s

Further details

When providing the TV Make and Model please be sure to provide the exact TV model beingused. Simply saying you are using a 55” or a 49” TV is not enough information, as we need toknow the exact specifications of the model in order to ensure your custom system will be fittedto your situation.

Configurations can be provided as a simple 1x2, 1x3 etc. or you can specify 1 column 2 rows,4 columns 4 rows etc.

For the WML and WMP models you do not need to provide the orientation, as the WML implies landscape and the WMP implies portrait

For CM systems please be aware that the drop length poles are not included, whereas inthe VW system all parts needed are provided.
